Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjective shoulder and neck pain for more than 12 weeks Neck Disability Score = /> 8% Age> 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radicular symptoms Neck Disability Score <8% Neurological diseases that are associated with a change in muscular control Regular use of tone regulating or influencing medication (e.g. for the treatment of spasticity, tension, depression and arousal) Regular intensive strength training of the trapezius pars transversus muscle Age <18 years
