Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Pretherapeutic; - Operable status; - Mamma-Ca: All patients who have one receive adjuvant radio (chemo) therapy; - Fresh tissue surgical material available for scientific study; - surgical report and written histology findings from the Görlitz Hospital available; - general condition WHO 0-2; - Age = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Systemic medical therapy, radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy; - Lack of insight or lack of cooperation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
3D cell culture establishment and molecular characterization of 3D cell culture systems with and without in vitro therapy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Survey of clinical pathological characteristics and course of therapy / follow-up with subsequent linking of the molecular data from the 3D cell cultures with the clinical course.
