Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers: No lower back pain within the last 6 months and/or medication related to the spine within the last 4 weeks Patients: Clinical indicated scan for the lumbar spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior spine surgery, any metal implants, pacemakers, age under 18 years or pregnancy
