5 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neurological gait disorder; Independent, safe walking without assistive devices or maximally with the help of walking sticks; Gross Motor Function Classification System Level I or II; Regular participation in sports therapies in the course of the rehabilitation program; Ability to follow simple instructions; Ability to communicate pain; Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to stand straight or lack of head control; Contractures in the hip and/ or knee joint that are larger than 30°; Unstable bones; Unstable arthroplasty; Reduced control of the knee/ foot that prevents fast walking/ running; Sensory impairment of the lower extremities and the trunk; Increased risk of autonomous dysreflexia; Cardial conditions; Cognitive impairments that impede communication; Malcompliance or aggressive behaviour; Mechanical ventilation; Medical conditions that prevent an active participation at rehabilitation

Validity of the modified Agility Run Test To assess the validity of the modified Agility Run Test, comparisons are made with secondary outcome assessments (pediatric Berg Balance Scale, 10m Walk Test and Timed Up and Go).
