Inclusion criteria: Positive result of a genetic analysis which confirm the definitive diagnosis of Mitochondrial Disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - only possible or probable diagnosis of Mitochondrial Disease - not signed declaration of consent - Factors, which make an usable telephone-inteview impossible
