Group 1: Group 1 trains Tai Chi for the first 3 months. It consists of 16 elders, eight of them take a soy extract and eight take a placebo. Group 2: Group 2 trains Tai Chi in the last three months. I

Diagnostic of strength at T0 (before the start of the intervention), at T1 (after 12 weeks), at T2 (after 24 weeks) by means of 1 RM measurement on the knee flexor, knee extensor and chest press, Jump Test - Opto Jump, Timed Up and Go Test, Short Physical Performance Battery, Gait analysis, Blood analysis (blood lipids, blood sugar)
