Conditions

Subjective memory problems can not be diagnosed as a disease. However, it is believed that these complaints could be precursors of Alzheimers disease and could therefore be a group of people at risk for dementia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) they are at least 60 years old, (2) answer "yes" to the question "do you have problems with your memory?" (3) they do not have a golf course qualification, (4) there are no chronic (-progressive) neurological or psychiatric disorders, (5) there are no diseases that restrict motor and mental performance and thereby impair participation in the study; (6) the independent consent to participate in the study is possible and does not have to be provided by a supervisor, (7) there is a medical certificate attesting the health of the subject to participate in the intervention (8) fluent in spoken and written German
