Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age =18 years at the beginning of proton beam therapy - Diagnosis of a brain tumor or a tumor at the base of the skull - Proton beam therapy with justifying indication and consent to proton beam therapy - Written informed consent to participation in WPE’s Adult Registry Study (ProReg) - Written informed consent to the EndoPro study

Exclusion criteria: - re-irradiation

Effect of radiation dose in proton beam therapy on endocrine function. Examination before the start of radiotherapy, 90 days after the end of treatment and further annually up to 5 years after the end of treatment.
