Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Sensitivity of the developed MRSI (MR spectroscopic imaging) methods for the measurement of myo-inositol using a 7T MR tomograph as marker for neuroinflammation in comparison to conventional MRI. Sensitivity is determined at the end of the study using all collected patient and control data. | — |
