Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employed at the cooperating organizsation, mental and physical health (Selfreport)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PHQ-9 > 15; suicidal tendency, drug intake, untreated mental or physical illness, trauma experience within the last 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Pre - Post - Post + 8 weeks: stresslevel (PSS-10); emotional exhaustion (MDI), stressmanagement skills (ISBF); online questionnaire. Comparison of the training vs. waiting group (between subject) as well as the longitudinal analysis of the outcomes (within subject).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of logitudinal data (a) Pre - Post - Post + 8 weeks; general health status (BSI - 18); sleep quality (RSI), (b) Analysis of data collecting during the course of the training (6 times): Stresslevel (VAS); time management (VAS), usability of each module, (c) Analysis of one year follow-up data, collecting data from each participant that has finished t1.
