Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ICD-diagnosis: at least one F-diagnosis (except F10-F19); C-GAF < 70; school problems (according to parents OR school OR CIS-questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: F10-F19; health insurance does not participate in the integrated model of care

primary outcome: reduction of semi-inpatient and inpatient treatments; measuring instrument: patient reported outcome questionnaire 6, 12, 18 month after inclusion
