Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: physical and mental health, at least 50% working time, acces to Internet (at least 2000 kBit/s)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: medication, drug intake, current medical or psychotherapeutical treatment, stress level < 70%. All data self reports.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Stress level (PSS-10), Stress management skills (ISBF). Data collection: pre-measurement directly before the training is available. Post-measurement after 8 weeks of training or waiting. The invitation for the post-measurement does not depend on the number of completed training modules.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
general health status (BSI-18), sleep (PSQI), emotional exhaustion (MBI). Data collection: pre-measurement directly before the training is available. post-measurement after 8 weeks of training or waiting. The invitation for the post-measurement does not depend on the number of completed training modules.
