Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 18-70 years - female - state after breast cancer or familiar high risk - state after ablative surgery - planned surgery via autologous or heterologous reconstruction or mastectomy - life expectancy > 10 years - ability and will to to meet study conditions - written consent after study information

Exclusion criteria: - unability to understand purpose of the study - missing patient consent

MeasureTime frame
Which kind of breast surgery reveals the highest life quality in long-term? Autologous vs. heterologous vs. mastectomy (pain, arm movement, sensibility, cosmetics, psyche, sexuality). It is planned to interview each patient by 4 different questionnaires: before therapy or surgery, respectively, 3 days, 5 months, 2 years, 5 years, 7.5 years and 10 years after surgery.

- number of folow-up surgeries - stability of reconstruction - relapse rate, mortality - influence of radation and systemic therapy on capsule fibrosis and cosmetics - hospital stay and post-surgical ambulatory visits - influence of pre-surgeries on life quality It is planned to interview each patient by 4 different questionnairies: before therapy or surgery, respectively, 3 days, 5 months, 2 years, 5 years, 7.5 years and 10 years after surgery.
