Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age > 18 years • First episode of a moderate or severe acute necrotising pancreatitis according to the Atlanta classification 10 • Positive or negative intra-abdominal cultures collected via percutaneous, endoscopic or surgical puncture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded in case of: • Incomplete data
