Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were age between 18-65 years and a diagnosis of BED (Binge Eating Disorder) or BN (Bulimia nervosa).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were a diagnosis of a psychotic disorder, acute mania, borderline personality disorder or dissociative identity disorder.

positive and negative emotions, emotional and rational core belief, feasibilitiy of the intervention measurements: pre and post imagery recall, after the experimental intervention, at 1 week follow-up
