Inclusion criteria: male and female healty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ingestion of antibiotics during the last 3 months, 2. Ingestion of supplements during the last 3 months, 3. chronic and acute metabolic diseases, 4. chronic inflammation and gastrointestinal diseases, 5. Ingestion of medicines that affect the intestinal flora, 6. Ingestion of supplements (vitamin and trace elements)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Inhibition of tumor cell migration in vitro after application of plasma-isolated anthocyanins and metabolites. The endpoint is recorded after 28 days compared to day 1.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Identification of metabotypes (UHPLC-/ESI-TRAP MS) and determination of alpha- and beta-diverstiy (Next Generation sequencing (16S rRNA)) before and after juice intake. The endpoint is recorded after 28 days compared to day 1.
