Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18-35 years - German as mother tongue - physical and mental health

Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of the present study is the objectively measured performance in different cognitive subdomains. By using neuropsychological testing procedures, delcarative memory performance (Hopkins Verbal Learning Test - Revised), Response Inhibition (INHIB), attention (Trail Maiking Test - A) as well as task shifting (Trail Making Test - B) will be assessed. All perfomances will be measured at the following three time points: T0 = Baseline T1 = After the experimental induction of cognitive fatigue T2 = After the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As secondary outcome subjective perceived mental state conditions are defined. The Multidimensional Mood State Questionnaire (MDBF) as well as visual analogue scales will be used as measurement tools. Both will be applied at all measurement time points: T0 = Baseline T1 = After the experimental induction of cognitive fatigue T2 = After the intervention
