Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent, present indication for biopsy of prostatic gland

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia, other unablity to consent or understand procedures, chronic pain disease, present heart disease with indication for prophylaxis of endocarditis, severe impairment of coagulation, Multiple Sclerosis; hypaesthesia, skin rashes or inflammation within areas which have to be punctured, allergies to local anaesthetics, present medication with sedativa or analgetics, acute prostatitis
