Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: legal age and Achilles tendinopathy > 3months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, no legal age, underweight (BMI 35), usage of cortisone and injections in the last 6 months, pre-surgery, planned invasive treatment options like operations at the Achilles tendon. MRI contraindications (claustrophobia, big metall implants, pacemakers)
