Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient approves to be evaluated - Patients have to be capable to give consent - Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - clinical relevant psychiatric disorder - severe and instable physical disorder and brain tumors - clinical relevent internal or neurological disorder - pregnancy or breast feeding - suicidal tendencies or violent behavior in the last 4 weeks - acute psychotic symptoms - current sedative medication with benzodiazepines - hospitalization according to PsychKG

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We observe cognitive flexibility especially action adaptation using a Task switching paradigm. A switch between cognitive tasks is associated with switching-costs. Higher switching-costs are designated by prolonged reaction times and are an indicator for decreased cognitive flexibility. We plan a comparison of the switching-costs and the associated electrophysiological potentials (P3) between patients with OCD, DBS-patients with OCD (acute effect of the on/off condition), and healthy controls.
