Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: normal singleton pregnancy of women age 18 or older between 11+0 and 13+6 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - fetuses with morphological malformations or aneuploidies - necessity of drug treatment of hypertension, or rheumatic diseases - taking ASS at any time during the pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Delivery (control group) oder (pre-eclampsia group) - protein excretion 2+ (60mg/dl) or - systolic blood pressure with two consecutive measurements at intervals of 2-7 days of 140 mm Hg or - diastolic blood pressure with two consecutive measurements at intervals of 2-7 days of 90 mm Hg or - clinical signs of HELLP syndrome

Secondary outcome is to validate published data about the distribution of PAPP-A and PlGF
