Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. polytrauma ISS (Injury Severity Score) = 16 points 2. inpatient treatment at our clinic 3. age = 18 years, no maximum age 4. sufficient level of comprehension 5. consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age < 18 years 2. no sufficient Level of comprehension 3. missing consent form

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome parameter is the POLO Chart including the Glasgow Outcome Scale, EUROQUOL, SF-36 and Modul TOP. These questionnaires will be recorded when patients visit our outpatient-clinic for the follow-up evaluation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome parameters include: Modul PRE-Status (education, marital status, profession), Modul POST-Status, pain before/ after the accident, physiological function before/ after the accident. These questionnaires will be recorded when patients visit our outpatient-clinic for the follow-up evaluation.
