Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: first ischemic stroke; moderate arm paresis (FMA = 19 = 47 points); subacute phase (4 weeks to a maximum of 6 months post-stroke); capacity to give consent; pre-event ADL capability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: implanted defibrillators, brain stimulators, cardiac pacemakers, drug pumps, severe stiffness or wounds in the stimulation area, Pregnancy
