Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients with diagnosed brain tumors, sarcomatous tumors in the base of the skull, spine or pelvic region as well as tumors of the prostate, for which a justifying indication for proton therapy according to the Radiation Protection Ordinance (StSchV) was provided. - Presence of the signed declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Previous systemic chemotherapy
