Group 1: Study-related blood sampling from adult cancer patients with diagnosed brain tumors, sarcomatous tumors the base of the skull, spine or pelvic region and prostate tumors receiving proton beam

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients with diagnosed brain tumors, sarcomatous tumors in the base of the skull, spine or pelvic region as well as tumors of the prostate, for which a justifying indication for proton therapy according to the Radiation Protection Ordinance (StSchV) was provided. - Presence of the signed declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Previous systemic chemotherapy
