Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: significant procrastination (IPS >32); at least 18 years old; enrolled as a college/university student; sufficient German language skills; signed informed consent; internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: currently undergoing psychotherapy or another intervention regarding procrastination

MeasureTime frame
procrastination according to the Irrational Procrastination Scale (IPS); data collection before randomisation as well as 6 and 12 weeks thereafter

susceptability to temptation (STS), depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), wellbeing (WHO-5), self-efficacy (WIRKSTUD), intervention satisfaction (CSQ-8), adherence (number of completed modules) and acceptance (self-developed questionnaire), credebility/expectancy (CEQ), risks and side effects (modifed version of INEP); data collection before randomisation as well as 6 and 12 weeks thereafter
