Group 1: Participants of the intervention group (group A) take part in the whole WHP-program existing of a one-week program in Bad Birnbach, four WHP-short sessions during the year and a 3-day refresh

Inclusion criteria: - currently working - no acute illnesses in need of therapy - Informed consent was given
