Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age 20-75 years, Female patients with initial diagnosis: Breast cancer (ICD C50), Male patients with initial diagnosis: Prostate cancer (ICD C61), Willingness to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient age 75 years, Medically diagnosed severe cognitive impairment (Dementia, M. Parkinson, M. Alzheimer), Other malignant tumors, Organic and / or inflammatory Disorders which are incompatible with the tests (in particular: acute coronary syndrome, stable stage II angina pectoris after CCS, unchecked arterial hypertension, NYHA stage II heart failure, GOLD stage II COPD, stage II peripheral vascular disease) to Fontaine)

Purdue Pegboard test: number of pins, number of assembly units 5. Handgrip strength 6. 6-minute-walk-distance 7. Questionnaire scores (HADS-D, FACIT-Fatigue, FACT-Cog, FACT-B/P/G)
