Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: = 18 years, known lesion in the cerebrum (shown by image based diagnostic) (tumor of the brain, lymphoma or metastasis), written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: General contra-indication for MRT, inability to lie quiescent for 60 min (due to pain, claustrophobia, etc.), insulin-dependent Diabetes mellitus or glucose-value >120 mg/dl , precnancy/ breast feeding women, limited contractual capability or underage person

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dynamic determination of glucose-uptake of tumors after injection of glucose (iv)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Correlation of glucoCEST contrast with conventional imaging (T1w, T2w, ADC, DCE-T1w), native CEST and PET-contrast (if available), 2. Correlation of glucoCEST-signals with survival and progression-free survival, 3. Comparison of glucoCEST-signals with amid-CEST (without glucose injection)
