Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - First diagnosis of neovascular AMD from 01.01.2016 - written consent of the patient - male and female patients older than 50 years - diagnosis of unilateral CNV in AMD - there is an early form of AMD at the study eye at the time of inclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - first diagnosis of unilateral neovascular AMD before 01.01.2016 - bilateral late form of the AMD - eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, high myopia, CNV of other causes and macular edema of other causes - lack of suitability for the study procedures - pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Study participants with disease progression on the fellow eye vs. study participants without progression of the disease on the partner's eye, 6, 12, 18, 24 months after the initial examination.
