Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men between 18 and 40 years of age. BMI between 18,5 und 30 kg/m². Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 and 2 Diabetes. Smoking. Cardiovascular disease. Other serious disease (such as cancer). Antibiotic treatment in the last 6 months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary expected outcomes are changes in activation and differentiation capacity of T cells after gene knock-down and genome editing.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcomes are the effect of the manipulated T cells in adipose and brain tissue to confirm pleiotropy.
