Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Existence of a complex medication therapy (at least 5 drugs, pro re nata medication included) 2. German-speaking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncertain legal guardianship 2. Life-threatening illness 3. Acute infection with isolation
