Group 1: Eight nurses are observed during four morning shifts on one nephrologic inpatient ward in the university clinic of Jena, Germany. One shift is divided into 16 intervals of 30 minutes each. D

Inclusion criteria: nurses working in hospitals on inpatient wards

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nurses working in an ICU, emergency unit, OR, endoscopy; mostly administrative tasks
