Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Postpolio syndrome - Ability to walk - risk of downfall

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - orthosis supply - other neurological diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in anxiety to fall are evaluated by means of FES I (Falls Efficacy Scale) at the beginning of the study 12 weeks before lumbar orthosis supply during baseline, at the time of orthosis supply as well as after 12 weeks follow up with the orthosis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in life Quality are evaluated by means of SF 36 at the beginning of the study 12 weeks before lumbar orthosis supply during baseline, at the time of orthosis supply as well as after 12 weeks follow up with the orthosis.
