Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in Follistatin-like-3 levels in peripheral blood at 120 min after a single bout of WBV

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Intra-individual changes at 120min after a single bout of Whole Body Vibration of Follistatin, Klotho, Myostatin, CTGF, CYR61 (CCN1 and 2) and correlations with parameters of musculoskeletal tests (Grip strength, SPPB, 6MW, BIA, Jumping Height)
