Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Chronic arthritis of the ankle - Arthrodesis of the ankle with intramedullary nail or external fixator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Aseptic arthrodesis of the ankle - other operation techniques, e.g. arthrodesis with screws

Permanent control of infection during follow-up (date of arthrodesis – max. 02/2018) All findings of the consultation hours – independent of this study – are analyzed
