Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 45, 2 -4 bouldering per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute injuries, acute illnesses, injury of the upper extremity in the last 12 month, surgery of the upper extremity in the past, physiotherapy or manual therapy treatment in the last 4 weeks.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Grip strength, measured by an hydraulic dynamometer, immediately before and after the treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Biomechanical properties of the myofascial tissue of the forearm, measured by the myoton® measurement device, immediately before and after the treatment.
