Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Back pain, (2) age between 30 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) systemic conditions, such as cancer, severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus; (2) any neurological conditions; (3) surgery of the spine and/or lower limb in the past; (4) any kind of mental disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain, measured by visual analoge scale. Measured immediately bevor and after the intervention.

Secondary

1. Heart rate variability, measured by a heart rate monitor 2. Skin conductance, measured by a skin conductance measurement device(MentalBioScreen K3) Measured immediately bevor and after the intervention.
