Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Drug or alcohol abuse (regular consumption of more than 20 - 30 g alcohol / day) Hypertension (values > 130/90 mmHg) - Hypotension with pronounced orthostatic intolerance - Strong smoker - Diabetes mellitus - Rheumatic disease - Acute injuries of the musculoskeletal system - Acute or past injury and surgery on the lower extremity joints (e.g., menisectomies, cruciate ligament injuries) - Joint disease or malposition (e.g., osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, hip dysplasia) - Disc prolapse - Past spinal or cranial surgery - Heart disease or carrier of a pacemaker - Laser eye surgery (LASIK> 2 years after doctor's decision) - pronounced orthostatic intolerance or vestibular balance disorders (kinetosis) - Kidney disease (deviations from standard values ??for creatinine in plasma, standard creatinine <1.20 mg / dl *) - Anemia (<Hb as norm values, standard Hb men: 13.5 to 17.5 g / dl; norm values ??for women: 12.0 to 15.7 g / dl) * - Current or past bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder - Chronic back problems - Any other condition that, in the opinion of the examiner, makes the subject unsuitable for inclusion in the study
Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Increase in cartilage metabolism (including COMP, collagen II) after reactive jumps under hypergravity in comparison to vertical jumps, under gravity (horizontal), and during running on a treadmill. Measuring times were in arm 1,2,3,5 always after relief of the lower extremities (= lying on a couch) (blood draw pre I), directly before intervention (blood draw pre II) and after intervention with relief of the lower extremity immediately ( Time 0), after 30 min. and after 60 min. (Blood sampling post I-III) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Higher knee-joint-moments during reactive jumps under hypergravity. Measuring times during the entire run. (Arm 1-5) | — |
