Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: first stroke 2-6 weeks after the stroke slight impairment of walking ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: dementia depression aphasia apraxia neglect addictions coexistent neurological diseases in judicial custody

MeasureTime frame
walking ability The Timed up and Go test measures the time it takes for a patient to get up from the seat of a regular chair with armrests, walk three meters, turn around, go back to the chair and sit back down. The patient should travel the test at a comfortable pace, using traditional walking aids. The measurements are taken 1 day before the start of the intervention and 1 day after completion of the intervention

MeasureTime frame
Cardial resilience The step test on the bicycle ergometer determines the pedaling power that a patient can master on a stationary bike. The test starts with a slight pedal resistance. This is increased every two minutes until the patient feels the resistance is "heavy" - then the test is stopped. During this test, we measured the heart rate. Health-related quality of life The SF36 determines the individual health-related quality of life of the patient in the form of a questionnaire. The measurements are taken 1 day before the start of the intervention and 1 day after completion of the intervention
