Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severe primary and secondary ARDS with curative therapy option, Horrowitz index 16 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prolonged malignant disease, pulmonary fibrosis, prolonged invasive ventilation> 14 days, Bone marrow transplantation, biological age> 75 years, lack of consent to the study
