Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Written consent for the study - planend repeated freediving sessions - Age = / > 16 Jahre. - Age 16-18 Jahre: Written consent of the parent required

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Freediving 12h before the study - Not fit / Able to dive - participant does not want to participate

Middle ear Barotrauma Assessed clinically (otoskop) before and after every Freediving session Classification according to TEED (0 regular finding to 4 perforation of the tympanic membrane)

MeasureTime frame
Change of Peak Pressure in the middle ear Assessed before and after every free diving session Assessed by eustachian tube function test (tympanometry)
