Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non-elective admitted patients, who are less than 18 years of age at the time of admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: oncological patients who are hospitalized with suspected ADR/ME and who have been hospitalized in the previous 4 weeks for oncological treatment
