Group 1: Patients with proven or suspected hantavirus infection and age = 18 are enrolled:
- Biomarker-Measurement in blood and urine samples (0h/d0 [t0], 24h/d1 [t1], 48h/d2 [t2], and every other day

Inclusion criteria: - Being able to give consent - Written consent form of study participants - Suspicion of Hantavirus infection or proven Hantavirus infection - Women and men at the age of 18-99 years
