Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Surgery duration 1 - 3 hours. Surgery in general anaesthesia under a volatile anaesthetic. Age between 18 and 70 years. Patients at risk of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) measured by an Apfel score =2. ASA Score I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative chronic pain therapy. Preoperative placement of a regional pain catheter. Significant impairment measured by an ASA score >III. Post-operative ventilation or intensive care therapy. Rejection by the patient.
