Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic prostatitis (category 2 and 3), existing symptoms for more than 24 months, two frustrane conservative therapeutic trials

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency patients, previous surgical intervention on the prostate, prostate cancer
