Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Persons with a comprehensive insurance at Central Krankenversicherung AG having a reliable diagnosis Diabetes mellitus Type 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Diabetes Type 1 and Type 2 LADA (Late onset autoimmune diabetes in the adult) • acute severe diseases (e.g. tumor disease) • restricted motility • pregnancy • cognitive restritction • language barriers • Need for care
