Group 1: After Rehab treatment patients of the intervention group receive telephone-based aftercare Group 2: Patients of control group receive treatment as usual

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family caregivers of people with dementia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are unable to complete the questionnaires due to cognitive impairments, psychotic symptoms.
