| The aim of this study is to investigate which care characteristics (organizational characteristics, care mix and case mix) have an effect on care quality. Care quality is defined as the outcome variables (e.g. falls, changes in mobility etc.) that were determined in the pilot study “StaVaCare-Pilot”. The aim is to show which care mix models (staff allocations) are needed to maintain a high outcome quality. | — |
