The goal of the study is to discover helpful factors to keep the required strict diet during pregnancy of female PKU-patients. So the mothers will be able to deliver healthy babies. In order to reach that goal we developed a questionnaire with 25 multiple-choice and 7 open questions. After receiving a positive answer from the ethical committee for our investigation patients answered the questions and Phe-values were taken from medical records.
