Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enzymatically / genetically confirmed metabolic disease of the intermediary metabolism (patients /arm2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Additional comorbitities with known influence on intermediary/energy metabolism
